Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Documents you upload — the lease PDF itself, which typically contains names, addresses, and financial terms.
- Analysis outputs — the report, scores, extracted dates, and generated communications produced for your document.
- Basic technical data — the state you optionally select, file name, and standard server logs.
- Payment data — handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To provide the Service — analyzing your lease, generating your report and add-ons, and returning your stored report if you upload the same document again.
- To improve the Service — uploaded documents and their analyses are retained and may be used, in de-identified form, to develop, evaluate, and train the analysis systems that power ReziLease.
- Aggregated insights — we may produce anonymized, aggregated statistics (e.g., clause frequency by region) that never identify you, your landlord, or your address.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers needed to run ReziLease: our AI provider (Anthropic) to perform the analysis, and our hosting and database providers (Vercel; Neon) to run the site and store documents. We do not sell your identifiable personal information, and we do not share your identifiable lease with landlords, brokers, or data buyers.
Storage and retention
Documents and reports are stored encrypted at rest and retained so we can serve your report, power follow-up features, and improve the Service as described above. You can request deletion at any time (below).
Your choices
- Deletion — email support@rezilease.com from the address you used (or with your report reference) and we will delete your uploaded documents and identifiable analysis records.
- Access — you may request a copy of the data we hold about you at the same address.
Children
The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
