These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ReziLease (the "Service"), operated at rezilease.com. By uploading a document, creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ReziLease is an informational tool, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. The Service uses artificial intelligence to read lease documents and produce plain-English summaries, flags, scores, calendars, and suggested communications. Reports identify clauses to ask about; they never tell you a lease is safe to sign, and they are not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney in your state. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may only upload documents that you have the legal right to share.
When you upload a document, you keep ownership of it. You grant ReziLease a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and process the document and the analysis generated from it in order to:

AI-generated analysis can contain errors or omissions. Laws vary by state and change over time. Statements in a report about enforceability are general observations, not legal conclusions about your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on, and for any decisions you make about signing, negotiating, or disputing a lease.
Prices are shown at checkout and charged at the time of purchase. Because reports are generated and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once your report has been produced, except where required by law or where the Service failed to produce a report for a valid residential lease.
You agree not to: upload documents containing other people's information without authority; attempt to manipulate, probe, or extract the analysis systems; use the Service to generate harassing or fraudulent communications; resell reports; or interfere with the operation of the Service.
Reports, scores, extracted data, generated communications, and all other outputs of the Service are licensed to you for your personal use in connection with your own lease. You may not, and may not permit any third party to, use the Service or its outputs to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop any machine learning model, artificial intelligence system, or software application, or to build, benchmark, or improve any product or service that competes with ReziLease. Automated or bulk access to the Service (including scraping, crawling, or programmatic submission of documents for the purpose of harvesting outputs) is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and ReziLease's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. ReziLease is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses arising from decisions made in reliance on a report.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
